1.Check your network connection. See if your device is connected to the internet.
2. Check if your data pack is within validated date. You can check it by contacting your internet service provider.
3. Method I – Clear the Cache
- Open your browser. Click on 3 dotted dots present at the top right corner of the chrome.
- Click on More tools.
- Select “Clear Browsing Data”.
- Clear Browsing Data takes you to the page “Clear browsing data”.
- Select “All” (without quotes) in Time Range and “Clear Data”.
- This clears the cache
- Additionally, click on “Clear browsing data”, when you select this option, this takes you to the “Advanced” section and select “Cookies and other data”, besides, you can also select “Browsing history” and “Download history”, then, select Clear Data tab.
Method II – Reset Your Firewall Settings:
- Click on the Start button of your PC.
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Open the option Windows firewall.
- When you open the Windows firewall, you will see an option “Restore defaults”.
- Open it and click on Restore Defaults.
- You need to restart the browser, once restoring completes.
This will resolve your issue of google search not working.
